The context: Co-Immune
Co-Immune (September to December 2019) is the first open research and innovation program launched by the NGO Just One Giant Lab.
The program aims to stimulate the creation of concrete solutions by all citizens, professionals and researchers to tackle contemporary challenges related to vaccination by enhancing collective intelligence, using digital tools and open data.
Two challenges are launched: Vaccine hesitation and Access to vaccination.
The objectives
👉 Finding databases relevant to tackle the challenges of access to vaccination and vaccine hesitancy
👉 Creating tools (analysis, visualization of data, …) to help the emergence of new insights around the two challenges
👉 Managing data on github (opening repository on github, creating data analysis pipeline, collective working on the code)

Just One Giant Lab
Just One Giant Lab (JOGL) is an NGO headquarted in Paris, France. JOGL is a decentralized open research and innovation laboratory operating as a distributed, open and massive mobilisation platform for collaborative task solving. The goal of JOGL is to catalyze the collective creation of knowledge and solutions to solve humanity’s most urgent challenges.
CorrelAid – Paris
CorrelAid-Paris is a non profit association which was established in 2015 in Germany to help other NGOs making sense of their data. We organise it in France now and are open to bring more volunteers.
