After announcing its collaboration with the Assistance Publique – Hôpitaux de Paris (AP-HP), the start-up Imageens is raising €1.2 million from the investment fund Anaxago. This fundraising will allow the company to accelerate the marketing of its two solutions based on artificial intelligence: ArtFun+ and LABEL . In addition to Anaxago, Business Angels des Grandes Ecoles (BAdGE), Coalescence and the investor PBA also participated in the operation.
A start-up committed to the medical world
Since 2017, Imageens is a start-up specialized in the development of medical software solutions for cardiologists, radiologists and surgeons. These platforms aim to support doctors in their decision making regarding the cardiovascular risks of their patients.
To support them, the start-up is deploying two software products: ArtFun+, an AI solution accompanied by cardiovascular imaging biomarkers, and LABEL, an automatic classification and valuation algorithm for medical imaging data. This second platform was designed in collaboration with AP-HP.
A fundraising dedicated to the marketing of two software products
Thanks to the Parisian investment fund Anaxago, Imageens hopes to accelerate the development and marketing ofArtFun+ and LABEL. The startup also wants to strengthen its team in the sales and R&D departments. Robert Baldwin, CEO of Imageens said about the closing of this fundraising and the next steps of development of the company:
