At the end of March, Sopra Steria and IBM announced the launch of the Sopra Steria Alive Intelligence (SSAI) offering. This information is used to improve decision-making and develop new services adapted to the expectations of customers and users, while allowing business teams to focus on higher value-added tasks.
Sopra Steria Alive Intelligence consists of a SaaS platform available on Sopra Steria’s Trusted Digital Platform that enables :

- Generate complex dialogues in your natural language;
- Make the company’s knowledge and expertise available to everyone;

The Alive Intelligence solution is available on Sopra Steria’s “Trusted Digital Platform”, built with Red Hat OpenStack.
