Justine Dima is a former human resources professional, currently
Ph.D. student in management at Laval University. She is a member of
the International Observatory on the Societal Impacts of AI and Digital (OBVIA)
Member of the Ordre des Conseillers en Ressources Humaines Agréés, in charge of the axis
research for Canada and Quebec City Ambassador for Women in AI.
Her research focuses on artificial intelligence and its impact on the management of
human resources, change management, occupational health and leadership. Guest
to speak on these topics at conferences on a regular basis and publishes articles on the subject.
