The 5th edition of the IoT Week by CITC will be held this year from 15 to 19 March 2021. It is a 100% digital edition that will be organized and whose previously announced program remains unchanged. For one week, technology experts, representatives of major international groups and innovative companies, as well as researchers and project leaders, will come to exchange their points of view, present concrete projects and express their vision for tomorrow’s world.
The guest of honor will be Daniel Le Berre, the originator of the free software Sat4j, a set of reasoning tools for the Java language used by millions of people around the world. He has been awarded the 2018 Innovation Medal by the CNRS (French National Centre for Scientific Research). Since 2011, this award has been presented to researchers whose exceptional work has led to significant technological, economic, therapeutic and societal innovations.
At the heart of a turbulent period that is profoundly transforming our lifestyles and our vision of the world afterwards, the IoT Week by CITC wants to position itself as a scout of future societal trends, with digital as a common thread. Among the topics that will be addressed during these 7 days: cyber security, artificial intelligence, the environment, research, in market sectors and for the benefit of societal issues.
