The company has confirmed that it has completed the sale of this business to TELUS International, which specializes in digital customer experience.
TELUS International is a communications and information technology subsidiary of Canadian-based TELUS Corporation. The transaction closed on December 31, 2020. Lionbridge AI will enhance TELUS International’s portfolio of next generation digital solutions as the companies partner to support the growing field of artificial intelligence.
