Building on the success of the pilot session that ended on October 15, which delivered the first level 7 certifications (bac+5), IMT Nord Europe is planning its 2nd session for 2022. The creation of the AI Project Manager certification by IMT Nord Europe is part of the employment and skills development commitment (EDEC) started in 2019 and supported by the MEDEF Lille Métropole, AKTO (Skills Operator for companies and employees in labour-intensivé services) and the Ministry of Labour (DGEFP and Direccte Hauts-de-France). This creation of AI Project Managercertification is thus identified as an action aimed at supporting the transformation of skills around AI.
The training is aimed at technical project managers wishing to invest in the subject of AI, IT project managers wishing to integrate AI products, IT managers … It is delivered in a blended learning format that allows students to continue working: 200 hours of training over 6 months (50% distance learning and 50% face-to-face), 3 days of face-to-face training per month (IMT Nord Europe, Lille site), one virtual classroom per week, and e-learning modules.
At the end of the training, the AI project manager is able to carry out the following activities:
- AI project management :
- Analysis of the customer need and understanding of the issues,
- Opportunity study of the AI
- Consolidation of the specifications
- Organization and management of the AI project
- Technical implementation management (data identification, prototyping, product implementation)
- Change management induced by AI
- Capitalization, information sharing and professional watch
